It’s crucial to ensure our products get to their destination safe and sound. Careful selections and well preparation are the keys. The farmers will be preparing their best products; edible plants, decorative plants, flower cuts, vegetables, and others from their hands.

All those products will need to pass the quality control phase and be selected carefully to add more value. The various products that have been selected would be prepared as a gift or decorations, as nutritious edible food, to craft flowers or plant arrangements, make handmade cards, to be repotted, etc. We deliver the order to the people that are interested to buy the products, starting from our own friends and family to several cities in Java, Bali, Sulawesi, and Sumatera.

Along the way, the opportunity also came to build designs for indoor and outdoor garden scapes projects for homes, offices, cafés, and public areas, or to maintain more beautiful spaces. We offered a carefully curated selection of indoor and outdoor plants, hand-crafted home goods that put quality ahead of quantity, and living art made right here in the workshop; landscapes, arrangements, and others. The people who deliver the plants and other things are our neighbors that worked as online drivers but difficult to get any orders due to the pandemic.

We search for available drivers that can help us to deliver the plants and set a schedule for them to do the plant delivery almost every day when the pandemic hits them hard.

We have a passionate and knowledgeable team for the abroad plant lovers and plant parents as well. We reconnect the people with the natural world through Bilingual Live Plant sharing from the farmers related to describing each plant’s uniqueness with useful tips and tricks; how to propagate, plant media, etc. 

We also invite people to participate and support the plants’ exhibition with our best-selling mini-greenhouse series (GE-NI 1.0 and GE-NI 2.0) designed and built by us as a compact pop-up store to exhibit plants. In order to analyze current and new approaches to promotion or development, we do a collaboration with the plant lovers community and various brands that support the H2O Farm programs with the Parongpong farmers and neighbors.
